Month of Wedding Coordination

For the DIY bride that is doing the planning herself, we offer Month of Wedding Coordination also referred to sometimes as Day of Coordination.  You have spent months of your life putting together your dream wedding, that you spent years dreaming about, probably since you were a little girl.  The last thing you need to do to is worry about the details the day of.  You want to enjoy the day, not stress. With our expertise, let us help coordinate your magical day the way you planned it, keep things organized and handle any problems that may arise.   You will be able to relax and enjoy your wedding knowing we are handling all the details of your special day for you.

Consultation is 1-2 months prior to the wedding to go over details, vendor list, walk thru venue, and gather any other information needed to prepare your time line.  During the time between the initial meeting and the wedding we will confirm final details with vendors, venue, and officiant confirming they have the final timeline, and location/directions to the venue.  We will manage the rehearsal from set up, to working with the officiant to organize the processional. We will make sure the wedding party knows what time and where to be the next day for the wedding.   And on your wedding day, being an experienced Coordinator, we will help run the show for you down to every last detail.
